Over the weekend, Gunn was asked by a fan on Threads, "Can we know the progress of the trailer? Is it already finished?" in regards to the first Superman trailer that everyone is waiting to see. While he didn"t give a date for when it will be out, Gunn shared a promising progress report on the Superman trailer, as he stated the following:

It’s not. I worked on it this weekend.
