David Corenswet"s Superman has already appeared in a way, as the hero showed up in a trailer for Creature Commandos, the first project in Gunn"s new DCU. However, the first formal look at the Man of Steel in action will come in the Superman movie trailer.
DC Studios has released the first official Superman poster to kickstart the film"s marketing push. DC has also revealed that the Superman teaser trailer will be unveiled on Thursday, December 19. A previous report from Puck stated that Krypto would appear in the teaser. With that reveal out of the way, there are many other members of Superman"s cast of characters that could finally be shown to the public, as well as other potential reveals that make the trailer teem with potential.

So far, a few villains have been revealed to physically engage with Superman through set photos and videos.
