A new DC Universe concept trailer depicts Jason Momoa"s Lobo against Milly Alcock"s Kara Zor-El for
Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. The next major DCU movie coming from Chapter 1: "Gods and Monsters" after Superman will be Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, as Clark"s cousin Kara will finally be getting her first solo film since 1984. With filming set to start happening this month, many are obviously curious about how the movie will be adapted from Tom King and Bilquis Evely"s comic series.
Following the recent casting of Momoa as Lobo in the DCU, Screen Culture shared a new Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow concept trailer of him sharing the screen with Alcock"s titular heroine. The story sees Lobo and Supergirl at odds while setting up the larger sci-fi story of the original comic. Check it out below.
The Supergirl: Woman of Concept trailer uses footage from the Supergirl TV show with Melissa Benoist, primarily from season 1 when it was back on CBS. For Momoa,
the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow concept trailer used material from the short-lived Superman prequel series Krypton, where Lobo was featured in season 2, played by Emmett J. Scanlan.
