In an interview with IGN, the outlet asked if there may be cameos from other universes in Superman & Lois season 4. While they didn't reveal specifics, Lois Lane actor Elizabeth Tulloch teased a surprise cameo in the Superman & Lois series finale, while co-showrunner Todd Helbing added that there are actually more, stating the following:

Elizabeth Tulloch: And then there is a surprise cameo in the [series] finale.

Todd Helbing: [Laugh] A couple, yes.
