Ahsoka is open about the fact she left the Jedi Order behind in Ahsoka, even telling Hera Syndulla (May Elizabeth Winstead) that she never actually finished her training. This is why Ahsoka doesn't consider herself to be a Jedi, as she so infamously said to Darth Vader during their duel on Malachor in Star Wars Rebels. When Ray Stevenson's Baylan Skoll echoes this idea in Ahsoka by saying "We are no Jedi," it's meant to show that he's a twisted mirror image of Ahsoka, the darker former Jedi version of who Ahsoka considers herself to be. She is no Jedi, and neither are Baylan or Shin.
