One of the newest heroes from the DCEU is set to get their own DC Universe TV show through DC Studios with a Blue Beetle animated series in development.
Deadline reveals that DC Studios and Warner Bros. Discovery are currently in early development on a Blue Beetle animated series with Miguel Puga working as the showrunner and director. Cristian Martinez is attached to write the Blue Beetle series, while the movie's director Angel Manuel Soto and scribe Gareth Dunnet-Alocer will be executive producing the show.
