Krypto the Superdog and Ace the Hound join forces with David Corenswet's Superman and Jensen Ackles as Batman in terrific DC Universe art. Over a year since they initially announced the slate for DC Studios, Gunn's DC Universe is on its way, as Gunn and Peter Safran bring a new franchise to life after the DCEU's conclusion. The Superman movie with Corenswet will mark the proper beginning of the DC Universe, as it helps set the foundation for the franchise.
As Superman and other DCU Chapter 1, "Gods And Monsters" movies and TV shows continue to be worked on, captracc_ shared new fan art with Corenswet's Man of Steel with Krypto, while Ackles' popular Batman fan casting idea is depicted alongside Ace. The concept art shows Ackles' Batman and Corenswet's Superman meeting up in a crossover, along with Ace and Krypto, respectively.
Krypto's last live-action appearance was in the Titans TV show, where he appeared alongside Conner Kent, a.k.a. Superboy, from season 2 until season 4 when the series came to an end. The DC's League of Super-Pets animated movie did also include both Ace and Krypto, as they got to be featured with other iconic pets from the DC Comics canon.
