Per Gunn, the rumors are "sort of" true, but the reports are missing context and exaggerating by referring to the filming as lasting "a few days." The director explained: "We’re doing a day and a half of pickup shots. No scenes. No reshoots. Just a handful of individual shots to enhance the film."
