11 Untitled Nova Project Marvel's rumored TV show would rank higher should it be officially confirmed.

The sole reason why Marvel's Nova TV show ranks as the least exciting is that it is yet to be officially confirmed by the studio. As early as 2022, it was reported by Deadline that the MCU would house a Nova project by Moon Knight writer Sabir Pirzada. Since then, few updates have been provided about this project, though it is likely more news will come in 2024 now that Marvel Studios' TV overhaul is in play. An official announcement from Marvel Studios would boost excitement considerably, though as of now it is difficult to rank Nova any higher.
Marvel Studios' various press releases throughout 2024, such as D23 or San Diego Comic-Con, could provide confirmation of a Nova TV show.
10 Marvel Zombies The spin-off of What If...? remains somewhat inconsequential to the wider MCU.

Marvel Zombies was first announced in 2021 as a spin-off to What If...? season 1, episode 5, "What If... Zombies?!" Following on from the universe in which a zombie outbreak has taken over Marvel's iconic heroes, the premise is intriguing. The line-up of characters revealed since the show's announcement is also suitably exciting, with the likes of Shang-Chi, Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop, and Jimmy Woo having main roles. That said, it is hard to imagine Marvel Zombies being any more than a spin-off that does not affect the wider MCU, ranking it low regarding overall excitement.
9 Untitled Wakanda Project Little is known about Marvel's Black Panther spin-off, but the small details that are have caused anticipation to build.

Before the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, a spin-off TV show centered in Wakanda was announced. With Ryan Coogler, writer-director of both Black Panther movies, set to be involved, the announcement piqued the curiosity of many. While no cast, story, release date, or even title has been announced for the project yet, Coogler's involvement and the promise of further exploring one of the MCU's best locations is cause for excitement.

While this alone is a compelling story - and the involvement of WandaVision writer Jac Schaeffer is promising - it is difficult to see how Vision Quest ties into the overall MCU. Also, continuing Vision's story would have been more exciting if it were not so far removed from WandaVision. That said, Paul Bettany is fantastic as Vision, and the promise of WandaVision's quality is enough to garner cautious optimism for Vision Quest's release.
7 Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man The draw of Spider-Man as a character makes this show an exciting possibility. Close Initially announced as Spider-Man: Freshman Year, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is an animated series focusing on a younger Peter Parker in the MCU's multiverse. Given that Spider-Man is one of the more popular characters in pop culture history, the allure of this series is evident. From the promise of a teenage Peter Parker in animated format to the inclusion of Marvel characters like Daredevil, Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, and other classic Spidey characters, another adventure centering on the Web-Slinger is always welcome.
That said, the original expectation was that the series would be centered around Tom Holland's Peter Parker. Many assumed that the series would explore the first six months of his tenure as Spider-Man before Captain America: Civil War. The revelation that this would not be the case was disappointing, though the overall excitement for a new iteration of Spider-Man in the MCU multiverse will always be somewhat high.
6 Eyes of Wakanda Another Wakanda-centric show was a surprising addition to Marvel's 2024 slate. Close It has long been reported that Ryan Coogler was developing multiple projects for Marvel Studios after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. As it turns out, one of these projects is another animated series titled Eyes of Wakanda. The show is set to release in 2024, meaning a brief synopsis has been provided: "Throughout Wakandan history, brave warriors have been tasked to travel the world retrieving dangerous vibranium artifacts. This is their story."
This premise alone is enough to raise excitement for Eyes of Wakanda. Not only is the series further exploring the most exciting location in the entire MCU, but it seems as though it will retain the best social commentary aspects of the Black Panther series by exploring Wakanda's relationship with other countries of the world. The surprise announcement that Eyes of Wakanda was far along in development enough to release in 2024 also caused anticipation, as it remains a rare MCU project without endless pre-release speculation.
Fan speculation and discourse can often cause unrealistic expectations, meaning Eyes of Wakanda's surprise announcement was a welcome change of pace for the MCU.
5 Wonder Man Marvel Studios' next Spotlight TV show causes a great deal of excitement.

In December 2021, shortly after the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, director Destin Daniel Cretton signed a multi-year deal with Marvel Studios to develop numerous upcoming projects. One such project was Wonder Man, a series centered around the titular Marvel Comics hero. Confirmed as one of the MCU's Marvel Spotlight TV shows, Wonder Man will consist of 10 episodes and will star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in the main role.

As a character in the MCU, Riri Williams/Ironheart has a lot going for her. Dominique Thorn is a fantastic actor whose debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was a refreshing inclusion to the world of Wakanda. Her promising first appearance will then be continued in Ironheart, another of the MCU TV shows in which Ryan Coogler is involved. This, combined with the great cast and intriguing premise of technology vs. magic, means Ironheart is an MCU show many cannot wait to see more of.
3 Agatha: Darkhold Diaries WandaVision's other spin-off has several compelling attributes.

Despite the feeling of a WandaVision spin-off being unnecessary upon its announcement, Agatha: Darkhold Diaries has overcome an initial period of trepidation. For one, Jac Schaeffer is directly involved in the show which bodes well for the project after WandaVision's quality. The further exploration of the MCU's witches is incredibly compelling, and the cast assembled to play these characters is fantastic. More Kathryn Hahn as Agatha is certainly not unwelcome, and the additions of Aubrey Plaza and Joe Locke round off an exciting central acting team. For these reasons, Agatha: Darkhold Diaries remains a compelling upcoming MCU show.

This alone is enough to cause major excitement, combined with the idea that it is essentially the X-Men's debut in the MCU. Despite being set in another universe, the MCU will finally explore the X-Men in a way that has not been done before. Combined with the fantastic trailer that was released in February 2024, X-Men '97 becomes the second most anticipated MCU show of the future.

Close Since the return of Matt Murdock/Daredevil was teased in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the full debut of the character was long anticipated. This anticipation exploded into full-blown excitement when Daredevil: Born Again was announced. While the subsequent updates regarding the series soured excitement into disappointment, the complete creative overhaul of the series has only reignited the enthusiasm for the show's 2025 debut.
Since Daredevil: Born Again switched direction, it has been all but confirmed that the series will act as Daredevil season 4. The return of Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Wilson Bethel, and Jon Bernthal from Netflix's production proves this and greatly raises excitement for the show. Dario Scardapane, who previously worked on Netflix's The Punisher, is now showrunner, with Loki season 2 directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead joining the project. More so than any other Marvel Cinematic Universe TV show, Daredevil: Born Again has benefited from a creative overhaul, making it the most anticipated upcoming series beyond any doubt.
