Agatha All Along is responsible for introducing some particularly powerful new MCU characters, including one exciting replacement for the Scarlet Witch. Wanda Maximoff ostensibly died in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, though doubt has been cast on the permanence of her death on multiple occasions. This was reignited in Agatha All Along episode 7 when Agatha responded with "Yes. No. Maybe?" when asked by Billy Maximoff/Kaplan if Wanda Maximoff is really dead.
Still, while her departure may have removed a significant player among the MCU"s most powerful characters, Agatha All Along has started to fill the void she left behind. For one thing, Lilia Calderu"s precognitive powers are not to be sniffed at, though she is also ostensibly dead following the end of Agatha All Along episode 7. Death herself - a character whose powers are godlike - was also confirmed as MCU canon in the same episode. While her powers may exceed Wanda"s, however, another character might be the perfect one-for-one replacement.
Agatha All Along Hints Billy Has All Wanda's Powers... Including Chaos Magic What Little Has Been Seen Of Billy's Magic Looks Suspiciously Familiar Close Agatha All Along episode 7 hosted the pivotal trial centered around Lilia Calderu and her divination magic. After spending every episode seemingly struggling with unwitting glimpses of the future, the Divination Witch came into her own when faced with a trial that required Lilia"s expertise in tarot cards. This ultimately meant reading her own fortune, but not before the witches of Agatha’s coven wrongfully assumed that the reading must concern Billy Maximoff’s future. During this reading, Lilia states:

"You have enormous potential and the ability to turn all of your goals into reality."

This sounds suspiciously like the power demonstrated by Billy Maximoff"s mother, Wanda. Wanda’s brand of magic was chaos magic and has proved capable of bending and altering reality itself. Lilia"s pronouncement contributes to several hints that Billy may have inherited this brand of magic from his mother, including his mind control and telekinesis, and even the aesthetic of his crown at the end of Agatha All Along episode 5 matched that of Wanda’s in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Chaos Magic Was The Secret To Scarlet Witch's Power Chaos Magic Is The Most Powerful Magic In The MCU Close Wanda Maximoff was/is one of the MCU"s most powerful beings whose powers were sufficient to decimate the mightiest heroes of Earth-838 in her last cinematic appearance. To defeat the likes of Black Bolt and Reed Richards, Wanda altered reality to remove Black Bolt"s mouth and shred Richards. Simpler displays of power, such as energy projection and telekinesis, were also sufficient in bringing down multiple Ultron sentries and Captains Carter and Marvel.

Compounding her overall threat levels is the fact that Wanda’s powers are largely instinctively wielded as she surpasses the powers of witches who have studied magic for centuries. The same appears to be true for Billy, whose instinctive subjugation of three powerful witches at once seemed to come as a surprise even to him. Unfortunately, Wanda has already proven this could give rise to a particularly perilous state of affairs.

Wanda Became One Of The MCU's Most Fearsome Villains Close If Billy is proficient in chaos magic, he may be prone to repeating his mother"s mistakes. The ability to bend reality itself to her will was ultimately too tempting for Wanda after her MCU arc saw her suffer an agonizing series of tragedies to the extent that her villainous turn in The Multiverse of Madness felt somewhat justified. Billy is already experiencing a similar trend, having lost his mother, brother, and several new friends in the space of just three years.

Add this to the nefarious influence of Agatha, with whom he may be forming a bond, and a chaos magic-wielding Billy may even become more dangerous than his mother, whose mind was warped by the Darkhold.
