Disgraced ex-Starfleet Cadet Nicholas Locarno (Robert Duncan McNeill) was revealed as the villain who attacked several non-Federation ships and kidnapped their command crews in Lower Decks season 4. Locarno beamed Lieutenant Beckett Mariner (Tawny Newsome) aboard his starship, Nova One. When Mariner awoke and remarked, "What in the minimalist hell?" as she regarded Locarno's starship, an Easter egg calling back to Worf's son is visible in the background.
On Twitter/X, Jörg Hillebrand (@gaghyogi49), who was a researcher for Star Trek: Picard season 3 and is famed by Star Trek creatives for his ability to spot Easter eggs, noted that Locarno's "minimalist hell" starship has a bowl identical to the bowl containing a Dalvin hissing beetle that Worf's son, Alexander Rozhenko, owned in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
