Captain America: Brave New World"s 70 Marvel Easter Eggs & References Explained

Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Captain America: Brave New WorldCaptain America: Brave New World contains several exciting Easter eggs, MCU references, and major cameos. Having inherited the shield and mantle from Steve Rogers, Anthony Mackie"s Sam Wilson is now the MCU"s new Captain America who conflicts with US President Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford). To that end, the new movie is full of great references to major moments from the MCU"s past, its future, and some great connections to the original comics.
In Captain America: Brave New World, Sam Wilson has tensions with President Ross due to the overarching manipulations of Samuel Sterns aka The Leader (Tim Blake Nelson). This results in a major global conspiracy that culminates with Ross" monstrous transformation into Red Hulk. Keeping that in mind, here are 70 of the biggest Easter eggs, MCU references, and major cameos in Captain America: Brave New World explained.
70 President Ross’ Victory Speech Captain America: Brave New World opens with Ross winning the election and his victory speech where he mentions recent turmoil like The Snap seen in Avengers: Infinity War and "The Celestial Mass" which first emerged at the end of 2021"s Eternals.
69 Campaign Posters Resemble William Hurt The crowd during Ross" victory speech can be seen holding posters with his face, though they seem to look more like the late William Hurt, who originally played Ross in the MCU.
68 Ross' History With Heroes News reports cover Ross" history with heroes in the MCU and difficulty working with them, something that did hurt his polling numbers.
67 The Hulk Hunter Ross was once known as "The Hulk Hunter", referencing his history where he sent the army after Bruce Banner as seen in 2008"s The Incredible Hulk (which he was heavily criticized for).
