Set photos from the DCU's Superman production have provided better views of Corenswet's costume, which has given me hope that we may finally get a Batman suit I have longed for. When James Gunn's DCU movie and TV slate was first announced, Superman was depicted as the true beginning of the franchise. However, another project that naturally caught my eye - as well as that of many others - was the DCU's Batman project titled The Brave and the Bold.
This story will be based on Grant Morrison's comic book storyline and will follow Bruce Wayne training his son, Damian Wayne, to be one of the various iterations of Robin. While a lot of my focus is naturally on Superman's exciting DCU story at the moment, I am eagerly anticipating more concrete details about the franchise's version of Batman. Recently, my excitement for the latter has been bolstered by the same for the former, with set photos centering around Superman's costumes giving me hope that a specific type of Batman costume will be part of the DCU's future.

David Corenswet’s DCU Suit Has The Best Elements Of Superman’s Comic Costumes The DCU Superman Suit Pays Perfect Homage To DC Comics

Firstly, I wish to explore what it is about the DCU's Superman suit that resonated with me so much. The new Superman movie costume was showcased from a lot of angles in the various set photos from the production of the movie, proving it to be a perfect homage to the source material. It is worth noting that the suit has a variety of things that make it stand out, from the Kingdom Come logo to the lines on the suit that make it more filmic. That said, I noticed several other aspects that implement the best comic details from Superman's DC history.
