The Marvel Cinematic Universe lands the ultimate casting for Lady Deadpool in new Deadpool & Wolverine art. One of the biggest MCU movies of recent years is only a month away from arriving in theaters, as Deadpool & Wolverine will mark the latest chapter in The Multiverse Saga. In the movie, Hugh Jackman returns as Wolverine for the first time since 2017's Logan, and Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool will officially be moving over to the MCU.

Why Blake Lively Would Be Terrific As Lady Deadpool In Deadpool & Wolverine Close If it turns out to be Lady Deadpool in Deadpool & Wolverine, Lively would be a perfect fit for numerous reasons. To begin with, Lively is a talented actress who always has a powerful presence on screen, as seen in many of her recent roles. Seeing her as Lady Deadpool would be a very different route for Lively, and allow the audience to see her in a more comedic setting.
Even though 2011's Green Lantern movie had many struggles, one of the highlights of the DC film was the great chemistry between Reynolds and Lively as Hal Jordan and Carol Ferris.
