Domino's MCU Future Gets Uncertain Update From Star After Deadpool & Wolverine Absence

Domino actor Zazie Beetz addresses her Marvel mutant"s absence in Deadpool & Wolverine after her introduction in Deadpool 2. Before Ryan Reynolds" Wade Wilson and Hugh Jackman"s Logan starred in their first MCU movie, Deadpool starred in two extremely popular solo movies in Fox"s X-Men franchise, 2016"s Deadpool and 2018"s Deadpool 2. In Deadpool 2, Wade Wilson not only led his own X-Force team, but he also befriended two famous mutant characters who had never appeared in a live-action movie before — Josh Brolin"s Cable and Zazie Beetz" Domino. Despite their positive reception, however, neither Cable nor Domino returned for Deadpool & Wolverine.
Speaking to ScreenRant at the SXSW premiere of Andre Gaines" The Dutchman, Deadpool 2"s Domino star Zazie Beetz confirms that there haven"t been talks of Domino"s return in the MCU. Beetz suggests she"s still interest in reprising her Deadpool 2 role, joking, "I talk about it to myself," and leaves the possibility open. Read Beetz" comments below:

I haven"t had any talks with Marvel, but I talk about it to myself. [Laughs] So, I don"t know. I"d have to find a writer and do all that work, but maybe, who knows?
