Loki season 2 picks up where the first left off as the TVA faces the ramifications of Sylvie killing He Who Remains. Loki, with the help of new and familiar faces at the TVA, including Mobius and Hunter B-15, tries to deal with an ever-expanding universe while on the hunt for Sylvie, Renslayer, and Miss Minutes. Loki is also forced to grapple with the warning He Who Remains delivered before his death about another impending war and what it means for people across the multiverse to have free will.
Loki was created by Michael Waldron. Eric Martin served as head writer, with Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead joining as the lead directing team for the second season. Loki stars a powerhouse cast led by Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, Jonathan Majors, Wunmi Mosaku, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Tara Strong, and Eugene Cordero. Ke Huy Quan also joined the cast for the second season.
