A fantastic piece of fan art gives Star Trek: Picard's series finale a novelization cover just like Star Trek: The Next Generation's finale. Written and directed by Terry Matalas, Star Trek: Picard's final episode, "The Last Generation," brought the story of Star Trek: The Next Generation to a satisfying and emotional conclusion. Admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and the crew of the USS Enterprise-D received a happy ending as the torch is passed to the 'next next generation' aboard the USS Enterprise-G led by Captain Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan).
Twitter user @JamesAmeyUK's fan art imagines what the cover of a novelization of Star Trek: Picard's series finale would look like. Modeled after the cover of the tie-in novelization of Star Trek: The Next Generation's series finale, "All Good Things...", the Picard fan art even uses the same verbiage hyping up "The Novelization of the Astounding Final Episode!" in a book "Written by Michael Jan Friedman Based on "The Last Generation" Written By Terry Matalas."
