Marvel Already Set Up Punisher"s MCU Future After Daredevil: Born Again

While The Punisher is returning to the MCU in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again series, Frank Castle's future afterward may have already been teased. Having begun his crusade against criminals in earnest, The Punisher was offered a job in the final scene of Netflix's The Punisher season 2. As such, it's possible that Frank Castle may soon join a brand-new roster of antiheroes in the MCU.
With the news that Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as The Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again coming to Disney+, it's fair to assume Frank Castle's preexisting history and origins from Netflix's Daredevil season 2 and his spin-off series will still be considered canon. Likewise, the same will hopefully be true for Daredevil (played by Charlie Cox) and Kingpin (Vincent D'onofrio). Keeping that in mind, the ending of The Punisher season 2 could be used to set up Frank Castle's future following his appearance in Daredevil: Born Again via a teased relationship with the CIA.
