Star Wars Teases Grogu"s Parents, Here"s Everything We Know About Them

Warning! This article contains SPOILERS for The Mandalorian season 3 finale.
After countless fan theories about who Grogu’s parents could be, The Mandalorian season 3 finale finally mentioned them. Grogu has had more development this season as a character than in any other. His Jedi training with Luke in The Book of Boba Fett greatly improved his mobility, to the point where he was crucial in helping Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze defeat Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian season 3 finale. Grogu is no longer the helpless baby Din stumbled upon in The Mandalorian season 1. Despite his adorable nature, he’s become a formidable and fearsome opponent to be reckoned with.
Not only has he developed physically, but Grogu also got his own voice this season through the use of IG-12. By using Taika Waititi’s voice to simply say “yes” or “no,” Grogu was able to express—for the first time—how he feels through words. He was quick to use his newfound ability to break up a fight between Axe Woves and Paz Vizsla. But now that he has lost his IG-12 armor, he is back to his normal cooing and grunting, and since he is still unable to talk on his own, he is not able to take the Mandalorian Creed and graduate from his foundling status.
