Gunn was clear to say that the film is intended to be a theatrical release and would focus on the dynamic between the duo of Dick Grayson and Jason Todd, the first two Robins introduced in Batman comics.
As reported in Variety, the film is also set to be produced by Matt Reeves" company 6th & Idaho, although it will not be connected to Reeves" The Batman Universe. Dynamic Duo will be animated by Swaybox, with their co-founders Arthur Mintz directing and Theresa Andersson producing. This will be the first feature film from Swaybox, and will also be produced by DC Studios co-CEOs Peter Safran and James Gunn and executive produced by Michael Uslan.
